The Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation is again teaming up with the Michigan United Conservation Club to carry out on-the-ground habitat stewardship work to benefit elk and other wildlife in Michigan’s Pigeon River Country State Forest. The gathering is scheduled to take place Saturday, June 2 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Volunteers will remove fencing and plant new trees.
