When you chat with Hannah Holiday, you don’t pick up on it. I mean, you just wouldn’t know. But when you start talking about hunting and, specifically, about how to call an elk, she is all over it.
Holiday recent won her second consecutive title in the voice division at the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation’s 2018 World Elk Calling Championships.
“I learned how to voice elk call because I wanted to be like my dad and I couldn’t use those reeds or diaphragms,” Holiday told KCNC-TV. “Being out in the woods and being to be able to actually talk to the elk with just my voice is the real magic, it’s a lot of fun!”
